Bittersweet Blessings Farm is home to an heirloom apple orchard. Established nearly 90 years ago, the fruits from these trees are firmer, juicier, and tastier than those in most grocery stores.

Still talked about as a local fall destination when the apples, pears, cherries, grapes, and plums ripen, the farm has a long history of providing fresh fruit to shoppers in southern WI.

As the name/theme of this event implies, activities of the day will center around the apple. There will be things like:

• Tasting and sale of fresh-pressed apple cider made on site
• Experience fresh apple butter being cooked on an open fire
• You may also take a turn stirring the large copper kettle or purchase a jar of apple butter while it’s still warm
• Enjoy fresh apple pie, apple cider doughnuts, jams, jellies, etc
• Live entertainment shows

You can also take advantage of photo opportunities amongst the numerous fall/harvest decorations throughout the farm. Maybe even grab some $3 pumpkins for your fall décor.
